Quarter 2, Week 4 (11/6 - 11/10)

Summary

Two more weeks until Thanksgiving! We had a great series of Field Days last week, thanks to the hard work of Coach Walsh and Coach Woods. There are some little interruptions to our schedules due to Interim STAAR, but we're still working hard and learning lots of new content. The Winter Concert is just around the corner (check out Mrs. Balmer's and Ms. Schosek's posts for more details). The 6th grade drama performance is also very close (third week after Thanksgiving).

Our focus continues to be preparing for the Winter Concert. Due to testing and field day, there will be several days in November that students will not come to Music class. It is imperative that everyone review their music at home. All practice materials can be found at the link below or using the link at the top of the Specials Home Page. This week we will also introduce our new Composers of the Month and continue reinforcing our music reading skills. As always, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
